AdCare takes great pride in the care and services provided in our nursing homes – both those we own and those we manage. We accept residents with a variety of payer sources such as private insurance, private pay, Medicare and Medicaid. Our facilities have contracts with numerous insurance plans.
Continual Service Quality Improvement
We believe that our programs and relationships can remain vital only through regular self-evaluation. We have an organization-wide process improvement program which is an interdisciplinary effort to create a climate where we constantly improve the services. This goal is attained through routine resident satisfaction surveys, self audits, interdisciplinary problem solving teams, routine resident assessments and monthly corporate overview with reporting and tracking of Quality Measures and Standards of Care.
