AdCare manages a significant number of facilities in the state of Ohio. The facilities are either owned by AdCare, or are either leased from third parties or managed for third parties. We manage both not for profit and for profit organizations. Corporations and independent owners make up the ownership of these facilities.
AdCare Health Systems Inc. is active in all areas of senior living facility ownership, management, the provision of interim administrator and/or director of nursing, operation and design and development consultation. Our senior management team has decades of experience in all sizes and types of senior living facilities. We have administrators licensed in several states.
Since Adcare’s inception, our philosophy of care has been to do what is right for the resident and then make that work for the business. Because of that philosophy, our facilities experience a strongly positive reputation.
