	David A. Tenwick Chairman With extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions and raising capital, David specializes in corporate leadership and building companies from the ground floor up. In 1991, he formed Passport Retirement, a long term care company, which acquired AdCare Health Systems, Inc., in 1995. David received his BBA and JD degrees from the University of Cincinnati.
	Gary L. Wade Chief Executive Officer/President Known throughout his profession as a man of “impeccable integrity”, Gary has worked in the health care industry since 1969. He earned his undergraduate degree at Ohio University and his MBA in Hospital and Health Care Administration from Xavier University. Under his leadership, AdCare has recruited the best and the brightest professionals in their field.
	Scott Cunningham Chief Financial Officer/Vice President Appointed Chief Financial Officer in August of 2004, Scott joined AdCare in 1992, when he was hired to be the Director of Business Services at a nursing home managed by AdCare. He became Corporate Controller in 1997 and Treasurer in 1998. Scott is a graduate of Wright State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Finance.
	Andy Wade, LNHA Vice President/Business Development As the Administrator of SpringMeade HealthCenter, Andy excelled in team building, strong financial performance, and achieving resident satisfaction. He has worked or trained in four of AdCare’s nursing facilities since 1998. During this time he has gained an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of nursing home management. Andy is a 1997 graduate of the University of Michigan. He was promoted to the Business Development role in March 2007.
	Sharon L. Reynolds Senior Vice President/Nursing Home Operations Sharon has directed the development and implementation of numerous specialized programs such as a subacute nursing and rehabilitation program for technologically dependent children, pulmonary rehabilitation and ventilator management programs, a comprehensive rehabilitation program specializing in neurological and orthopedic impairment and a subacute nursing program for patients with complex medical conditions. Ms. Reynolds is a graduate of Franklin University where she earned her MBA. She has had several articles published and has been a speaker at a number of National Conventions.
	Kim Henry, LPN Vice President/Assisted Living Operations Kim Henry was recruited by AdCare in 1997 to assist in development and operational management of assisted living residences. A seasoned health care professional, Kim oversees the operations of all assisted living homes including financial management, regulatory compliance, administrative and marketing supervision, personnel management and training, resident care and services.
	Carol Groeber Vice President/Human Resources & Management Information Services Carol provides guidance in Human Resources for all divisions of the company and coordinates all aspects of AdCare's wide area network and information systems to ensure their alignment with company business objectives. Her background in accounting, business operations, human resources and systems affords her the expertise to establish and train new clients, assist in development projects, play an active role in Corporate Compliance and serve as Corporate Secretary.
