An intimate neighborhood environment has been created at Hearth & Home at Van Wert. Our 30 room, 21,557 sq. ft. facility is openly designed with two wings of residential living units that join in an inner courtyard. Each living unit has 15 private resident rooms that surround a community living areas that includes a dining room, parlor, hearth room and kitchen.
